Exceptionally comfortable bed, fairly clean bathroom and a safe, cable channels and ironing facilities in the room.

All in all it was great value, considering prices in Gatlinburg. The hotel was fairly decent, with very good staff and location.

Loved my good stay by another night. They offered variety of options for continental breakfast. Great value and I recommend this place.

Hotel is cute, and reasonably clean, there's lovely pool and the location is prime close to downtown. Modern design, personalized service in the entire venue.

The hotel property was decent with super location near shops. Lots of food for a continental breakfast.

Phenomenal location and great value contrasted with other options. Familiar hotel, diligent staff and helpful service. Lots of supplies in the room: Wi-Fi, air conditioning and hairdryer. Self service breakfast was savoury: milk, coffee, cheese, eggs and fresh bread. The pool was covered and the garden - lovely.

Check in was early, hotel was descent, locations was perfect very close to parkway. Great value, a great stay. All of the staff were accommodating, superfriendly;)))

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bathroom was nasty.

I loved spending my time in this place, it was AMAZING! Staff was very efficient, overall experience was comfortable! Beachfront location, within walking distance of earthquake. Had cold drinks in the cafe bar. Had no problem using their paid parking, the internet was strong.

Hotel was perfectly nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the food there, it was fresh. The room was pretty elegant, soundproof, and with a lovely bed.

Food was lovely, enthusiastic staff, bed was spacious. Complimentary drinks and milk, breads, fruit, eggs and cheese.

This hotel was a descent place to stay. The workers were helpful. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from an iconic observation tower was easy👌

The breakfast was comprehensive, the location was very convenience. Near a clean beach. I loved to spend time in the relaxing piano bar. Great value, well-stocked and air-conditioned rooms.

Impeccably clean hotel and room, varied breakfast. The staff were more than helpful, they care about everyone. Panoramic view and amazing beds. A very very good stay with a lovely swimming pool.

Stuff and location where a plus and I loved it. It had top-notch indoor restaurant. There also was safe parking and brilliant pool. The weather was mild, had best stay.

We booked it for our christmas and had a warm stay here. Very comfy beds, room was compact. The staff was very polite, excellent service.

A 5-minute walk will take you to hot diggitty dawg, where you can eat. Also, free WiFi was provided. It was worth its 2 stars...
